Wallpaper Clock is a lovely desktop wallpaper which refreshes every minute to keep your time and date precise as well as stylish in many artistic ways! I have found this tool form VladStudio which is a perfect place to find enormous wallpapers and graphical resources such as e-cards, posters etc. I have already been downloaded my desktop backgrounds from VladStudio. Today, I have found the wallpaper clock.
Installation for Linux users :
As an unprofessional linux user, I have searched a bit for its installation.
1- Download and install the screenlet package from https://launchpad.net/screenlets/trunk/0.0.12/. ( There may be a dependency to python-imaging-tk, but you can cover it by typing : sudo apt-get install python-imaging-tk)
To install Screenlets from source, download the tar.gz file from the launchpad link in step one. Rght click and select extract here. Open a terminal and cd to the screenlet’s directory. Install with
- sudo python setup.py install
2- Download the wallpaper-clock screenlet from http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=66717
3- Run the Screenlet application from System -> Preferences
- Select “Install Screenlet” and navigate to the Wallpaper Clock screenlet you just downloaded.
- Launch the Wallpaper Clock screenlet you just installed.
- You will see a clock icon on your desktop. You use that to install and change your wallpaper clocks.
Then, you can download wallpaper clocks from Vladstudio. The ones that I have downloaded today :
Whale, White Horse ( the kawai one that I am using currently, I also draw it to a paper 
, Ladybug and Chameleon
Lastly, to use what you have downloaded:
- Right click the wallpaper clock screenlet on your desktop and choose “Install Wallpaper Clock”.
- Once installed, right click the screenlet again and choose “Change Wallpaper Clock”
These kind of things make my life happy and comfortable, because I feel good when I see a lofty horse, looking at me and telling the time. It would be better if this horse can even talk
By the way, I feel so tired, exhausted and dis-empowered because of the final exam period and PMS. Tomorrow, I will get rid of my last Discrete and Combinatorics examination and then I will rest for a short week to continue again.
On the project’s side, everything has gone bad. The team work collapsed and we could not present our project in a perfect manner. I will write about it later on.
